I'm new here too.. I'm not so pro but i can give u advice a lil bit..
Just go for dex and then int..
Dex for your solo lvling (while sniping or just hit and run)
And int for your max SP, SP regen (unlimited skill) or for bragi (skill of bard)
I think just it bard needs..
But i know someone know better about bard can give u explanation

Yeap, musical instruments' damage is dependant on dex, same with bows (except for zerk guitar, that one drains dex and depends on str). As above, mostly people will ask you to just follow them around with poem of bragi on, and for that i'd advice 100 int least (total with bonuses). Get some vit also to survive, and with the amount of DG parties there is i'm sure you'll get to clown in no time ^_^
