hi btw what do you mean 3 rates?

One rate I play is 3000/3000/1000/100. Another I play is 100k/100k/100% and then there is this rate 

As I read somewhere: Only the best players play on low rate.

And form all the servers I went to, it is true, works also in many games, like Lineage 2.
