Hello

I tried opening a support ticket a couple hours ago and I still didn't get the email with the ticket number. Is that normal? How long does it usually take?

I wanted to update the ticket with something I have learned since creating it.

Have you checked if it's in your "spam" or "junk mail" box?
Yep. Both in my email application and online because the spam folder on gmail imap sometimes.. skips stuff <.<

EDIT(2014 02 10): What I mainly want to know is if I can make another ticket without spamming up anything and annoying the people who work these tickets, possibly facing consequences.
Try using a different email provider and explain the situation.
Cough. Okay. Sooo I was making a new ticket and the auto complete let me know why it failed so utterly: I was out of it enough to use gmail.net instead of gmail.com. Right.

My apologies for wasting everybody's time and thanks for your help.
