PETITION TO BRING BACK 0.01 CAST AND DELAY TO ALL SKILLS,
(WITH THE OPTIONAL IMPROVEMENT OF NO 0.01 CAST BAR DISPLAYED TO OTHER PLAYERS(WHERE APPLICABLE), AND NO UGLY SOUND/LIGHT DISPLAY(WHERE APPLICABLE))

This shit was f***ing awesome, it pretty much asura'd my lag monster.
I'll only sign if we get laser beams and giant robots.
Now, you have to learn how to play RO. Finally.

There are plenty of giant robots in the Juperos core. Not so sure about the laser beams.

I agree with this guy
I say keep the SVN. People have been begging for an update forever (particularly regarding BG) and now it finally happened, so... (and I love my new level 1 tele that works like a fwing~) Yeah. I think it should stay. I think it's better to tweak what we have now than to roll everything back.

The only decision I've seen that I don't really agree with is the stuff about the homunculi, anyway, but I have no real coherent argument for that besides "people liked the old way it worked." I've never had a Lif, but I feel for the folks who do. (I have a sheep. He was never that great to begin with, lol.)
People always complain when major changes happen. It happens every time Youtube changes it's layout, and people whine for a while, but then they get used to the changes and send feedback into the Youtube peeps and small tweaks are made here and there.

Same things are being done here. We give feedback on problems and bugs that come with it, so they can fix the things they can. Sure, we might not like all of the features that come with it, but we gotta deal with it.

Seems to me the only complaints about homunuculi are with Lifs. I can't really comment on this, because I've not really used a lif. Don't really understand what people are complaining about. You were canceling the delay by putting them away so you could spam that walking speed thing again? What? Or did it do something to screw with the damage output of Mental Change? No? How has it been nerfed in particular?

Sounds like the delay canceling with resting Lif was never truely intended by the Game Developers and people were just abusing that unintended mechanic.
Game developer thinking: "We care about our users but we also care about the game itself and it's balance. It is not because we designed it for only one user but also for many that we had to make changes to prevent imbalance. Besides, we want gamers to enjoy our game 'longer' and for veterans to not get bored or stay in areas that defeats our design in creating various maps for levelling."
Joe, the Lif complaints are because it's functionally useless in PvM without Mental Change (and that now has an enormous cool down). I had an awesome vanilmirth that I used to use to help me solo Bio3, but I got rid of it because the old Lif was worth it. With the new changes, it's just frustrating to have gotten rid of a homunculus that would have still been awesome in exchange for something that was awesome but got nerfed with no real warning.

Homuncs take a long time to feed up to full intimacy / level just to hope for good stats. People who did that for their Lifs (I raised a bunch of them) are getting kind of screwed by sudden changes years after homunculi were introduced.
