Full Version: Feedback: Lucretia's Rise

Pixie's sister, the misanthropist Lucretia, made her appearance in Fairy Land yesterday, as she implied she would. She summoned monsters and fought players herself, but in the end, the heroes defeated her monsters, and Pixie beat her down (literally).

What did you think of the event?

Bloodied and chaotic. Like any decent rebellion should be -- take'em by surprise! Well, some of the humans just chilled and afk'ed like a boss. But I couldn't, for the life of me, remain calm under 3 Rhynchoes gleefully melting my face.

Beefed up Atroce was okay~ But if we'll see more of her tantrum, I'd want a fight with less reflexes/twitchy and more observation/collaboration. One of my favourite boss battle in hero is Master Poporing. (poring smash~) It has a solid "joint efforts!" feeling, and that simple pull between giving up on cupcakerings versus being a grinning jerk is just gold. So perhaps a humongous mob with lots of tricks to make any class fighting it challenging? He could serve as a last wave, as Lucretia's secret weapon. A boss fight we can sigh *phew* and then *heck yea!* … I started asking too much, doh.

Edit: In the melee, Pixie and Lucretia were kinda hard to follow @_@

More events that doesn't require bloodshed would be, too, most welcome~

And you guys were having way too much fun Icon_razz
I like RP events. Not much else to add other than give us more time to actually talk with the npc's before we go on crazy monster rampages.

I'm with Puni also on this, I'd like the fights to also feel more collaborative in nature rather than chaotic in the future. It's fine for this first event, its flavorful even, but if it were like this every time, I could see myself stressing out very quickly.

Anyway, excited to see how this storyline might pander out, and that we get a chance to pick sides and influence the storyline along the way. :]
