The image of login screen kinda blurry
Btw I install the RO in D:/ instead of C:/
does it affects ?
Not sure what's the problem here but have you tried using the proper graphic devices and resolution in your Setup.exe? Sliding your quality settings further right might help too.

Edit: Must be trilinear filtering turned on. It says it causes blurred graphics to achieve smoother game.
I am ended by having it downloaded from the link in the forum I hope it helps Icon_sad
Ever since I moved to windows 10, I've been getting blurry graphics. My workaround is to hit CTRL+ALT+DEL immediately followed by ESC. But it looks different for me (my text is not blurry), so I'm not sure if that will help.
Tried many things, still cant go into the game, image still blurry I dont know anymore, they dont even recognize my account. The text is blurred and I cant read it, but I believe it says Failed to connect to the server or stuffs.

That is terrible resolution for the text.. Can't read what it says, but I can make a generic guess.

You downloaded heRO into a clean folder, with no other Ragnarok's inside?

I see you said you downloaded it onto the D drive, I'm not a very technical GM but I know that running RO or other games/devices/etc from other drives can mess with the ability to work as quickly and efficiently as it can.

Is your graphics card updated? Do you have any other games that this happens to, or is it just RO / heRO?
Hmm. I have some ideas, so let's start eliminating them by questions:
1) Which client did you download? Light? Full?
2) What's the install path to your heRO folder? (Full, with disk letter please)
3) When you run setup.exe, can you screen and paste here what it shows (if there are several tabs I need one with video settings in it, resolution and such)
4) Can you please do Win+R (or windows -> Run... depending on your Win version)-> dxdiag -> wait till it finishes gathering information and save all info. Then attach file here (if you're hesitant to share this information on public forum please open a support ticket and attach file to it, link to start a ticket is in my signature).
5) Win+R -> cmd -> tracert heroserver.bounceme.net
What do you get as resolved IP? If you don't know what it means, can you please screen the result of this and attach the screenshot?

Thank you for cooperation and sorry for your troubles.

Uhh okay I am not really good with this but let me try...
1.Yes I download the full installer from this link http://pandoraonline.net/installers/heRO...151011.zip
2.At first the installer suggest me to install it to C:/Progam files and stuff( sorry I forgot), but I choose the drive E:/HeRO ( the installer make its own folder)
3.This is the setup.exe in HeRO folder

Btw I have some other RO client but from another disk, and they work just fine

anyway thank you for the response and I am sorry for the trouble Icon_sad
Hmm. There are few odd things I noticed. Can you try if the following will help?
Try switching Graphics Device to plain Direct3D T&L HAL, and try to increase bit for resolution (should be x32 on end, like your monitor). Try if full-screen mode helps with this. If not, try to disable hardware-accelerated graphics and see if this helps.

Your ISP's DNS is resolving wrong, that's why you can't connect to server. Please download the following file and place it inside "data" folder.

After all that: I assume you might have a notebook with integrated and gaming video cards, like me. Try to create a link (right click on heRO.exe -> Send to... -> Desktop), then right-click the link -> Run with graphics -> One that's not the default one. In case there's no default try both and see if one will work.

Hope one of these will fix the graphics issue (because the connection one will be solved for sure ^_^)
Oh finally :D
turns out I should not turn trilinear
Thx Master Kissy
I cant printscreen it but it works just fine :D
