I suggest doing the Sisterly Affection quests as soon as possible. You'll be able to get some basic towns unlocked, and after you bring gifts to the Prontera Save Girl's sisters, you get a hat that will give you a boost to your max HP and SP, as well as increase gained EXP until you reach level 85.
