Yeah, all the stats/other stuff got removed for the Lutia release cause I didn't want to make a new item.
Also pretty sure that the real Cat's Hand will come from Malango as a quest reward by the cats (probably), so you'll get it whenever we get upgrades. You know, maybe 7 years later or something.
