It's accessed by pressing alt+v or alt+u, and can (usually) display information on active quests.
So, the question is how often do you use the quest window for official quests?
The ONLY reason i think most of us would pick 'rarely' over 'never' is to check puppies quest timer. So it's essentially 'never' xd Maybe that should be taken into account
It's kind of a negative feedback loop for me: because there's not a lot of quests that use it, it prompts me not to use it... so if there's more timed quests available on it, then naturally it'll be used more.

Pretty much this. It IS a nice reminder however if I quit halfway through one of the quests that use it a while back and might help me pinpoint where I left off.
I voted "rarely" because iirc i used it in the past...
I use it for puppy quest.. usually can't remember when I did it..
I only started to use it recently for puppies reminder. Since I also returned after a year-long break from the game it also helped me to check on the quests I didn't finish all the way through (but then again it was more of a "huh? I had this quest before?" then I realized it was just for an access dungeon quest I didn't bother to finish all the way thru hahahahahaa....)
edit: it was a big help relocating where I left off from doing sign quest two years ago (was somewhere around part 3) and then used it for the remainder of the quest, but that's about it as far as official quests go
It's only useful for me in terms of doing the puppy quest. I do think it's a bit clunky tbh.
I never used it. I didn't even know you can use it for puppies. So that's a thing apparently...
I need to add that i dont use that because i already did "all" the quests in the past when there wasnt any quest window.
