In game it says no requirements, but based from RMS it requires strip weapon 1 for pre-renewal. Not really a big problem but might bamboozled some. I got bamboozled

All the ingame skill's description are uncomplete/trivial, since the last major client (?)(or emulator?) got updated. I always read them offgame to have the complete data of them.
