According to the item description it should be +10ATK for 30min but after using it the buff is only active for 3min.

Thanks for letting us know, and sorry for any inconvenience it may have caused. The effect's duration in the script for the ricecake and pastry item was missing a 0. It's been fixed now and should display 30 minutes on future usages of the item.
