Wiki lists it but NPC says its not available to make a costume.

Everything mentioned in this thread except twitter and facebook event hat has a costume version now. Though we can't release anything until the next item patch is out, and just because a costume version exists, it doesn't mean we'll put it out either.

(An example that we know for sure will not be obtainable via normal costumer means: Neko Mimi)

Requesting for Cherry Blossom Bell and Cherry Twig in Mouth to be costumes please :D

They exists but just named wrong so I can probably get those 2 in within the same update as fixing the ATK bug.

I wouldn't mind being able to costume a Circlet of Survival. It's got quite a nice bling.
