So which description is correct ?

Semijokes aside: Forum has correct description. It was changed because possible autocasts are capped at 15, and you can already get almost that amount if not more, so having several different autocasts just on lower headgear would be a problem (fire, cold, lightning, earth, soul strike vs just caprice)
