Hi!
I read on the wiki that you can zoom out by rolling the mouse wheel, or if you dont have a mouse wheel (like me) by pressing CTRL + the right-clic button and moving the mouse.
It works! But when i release CTRL, i gets back to a very close view.

Also, sometimes i can go up and down a NPC talking window, and sometimes i can't. Like right now, i can't buy red potions because the NPC's selling window is stucked downward and the red potion is an upper item that doesn't appear in the window.

I was not able to reproduce this issue in the way you're describing. This should only happen if you hold Ctrl and right-click twice, or hold shift and right-click twice. Do you perhaps have issues with double right clicking outside of the game, or your mouse is set to click twice?

And the same goes for the shop window, it shouldn't be stuck under any circumstance that I am aware of, except for out-of-game issues (such as bad touchpad, etc).

You can also click the scroll bar or arrows to the right of shopping windows to scroll up and down in the shop.
