I know there's another topic at suggestion board about custom BGM's, but i thought that making a new topic here would be easier to find and be more organizated.

1 - "What are Skins?"

If you don't know what Ragnarok Skins are, just take a look at your RO window. Notice that when you start playing RO, theres just a white 'nd blue theme, which gets pretty boring with the time, the main reason why people like to change skins.

Well, you have two options: Make one or download from skin sites.

How to make your own skins

Basically, you just need a graphic editor (MS Paint, Adobe Photoshop, GIMP) and a template file. Or if you would prefer, just copy your RO default folder and edit all files.

2 -Custom BGM

Like skins, custom BGM's help a lot when your bored of the same-old-music of Ragnarok. You just have to go at your RO Folder (C:/Program Files/Gravity/RO/) and you'll find a BGM folder with .mp3 files from 1 to 101. (or less, depends on your RO version)

Just change them with any music you want (Renaming to the number of the music you would like to change), and you have a custom RO folder.

Custom BGM Packs

If you think its too time consuming looking for good music for replacing the original ones, just donwload one of these packs.

Just extract them into a BGM folder and overwrite all the songs it asks you to.

Woah, those bgm packs look awesome, I might actually download them. Which is saying alot since I spent hours arranging my own BGM folder from hard-to-find Ragnarok Online 2 music. I guess there is no avoiding the fact that good or bad, once you've heard the same music for a while you just want something new.

Hehe, its true.
Take a look at the Chrono Cross ones, i love them, the music i choose for prontera its very good, i stay at prontera sometimes just to hear it. lol

I think i'll make one with Legend of Dragoon+Breath of Fire music soon, they are very good too.

Chrono cross and legend of dragoon are 2 of the best RPGs that were ever released for PS1. Hell, I still play them.

On a more related note: I love the Chrono cross music like crazy.

I still play them too, i just hate the disc-changes of LoD, but let's not be off-topic XD

I'll make a new BGM pack now, have nothing to do because the server is off anyway. =P

Any suggestions for a pack are welcome.
