Is there quest where you can get 1 bloody branch?, I remember on another server a quest where there was some guy with a squid hand mutant, it was about an experiment gone wrong and you get 1 bloody branch if it went that way on this server story in the quest do we have it? and what is it called?

No, there's currently no repeatable quest for bloody branch that's similar to that setup. That sounds like a custom thing on another server.
