Kavac Icarus card doesnt give extra +10 flee broken busted card please fix since I have 189 flee+ on a char and it gives 209 flee instead of 219 flee when the garment is[1]+7 has +10 flee and card kavac icarus has +20 flee for a total of +30 flee. The +7 on garment I have card is slootted, cause of card says it should work 0-4 refine and it does rather I just get +10 flee only instead of +20 flee please fix.

If I read this right... the card only gives the +20 Flee if it's slotted to something that is +0-4 refinement, otherwise it's just +10 flee. So if you put it on a +7 garment, you only get +10 Flee, not +20.

Doesn't seem like a bug to me, it does exactly what the description says.
