where is pheeroni mvp boss and how do I get to map pheernoi boss?

Phreeoni can be found in the moc_fild15 area.

For information on how to reach the map or to find other monsters, you can also use the Navigation system by pressing Alt+N or accessing it through the menu.

Additionally, the @whereis command can give you a list of maps monsters may spawn in.
