I dont have a iRO account, and there's no clear place to register besides the forums. Help?

there should be a post in the forum somewhere, go to the control panel, and if you cant do that get someone to make an account for you ;3

There's a link to it but its messed up. And it says to use the _F/_M method.

I dont know what that means.
