I have a question I have a friend who knows english but is much more fluent in german and I was just wondering is it possible to get a german client? so that skills/stats/desc are all in german?

No idea, I don't think so to be honest, unless he has the file from a germanyRO official server of some kind, but I don't think it exist, there's only euRO as far as I know.
