Namin?, typically RP rules are established such that you must be active in the RP, which typically means no more than 2 days pass before a responsive post is made unless you specify otherwise that you'll be away for a while, in which case you leave your character to idle someplace that requires them not to interact with anyone or anything during their LOA (leave of absence). it isn't that difficult to grasp, but most RPs flow pretty rapidly and you need to be on top of reading the RP quite often, but don't expect a response seconds or minutes after you post. like i said, typically a 2-day waiting period is what is acceptable, after which the RP will continue without that character and is managed around it as such because sometimes circumstances come up that extend beyond that grace period. i don't actually RP because i know i'd forget to check or do one of the aforementioned "no-no's" in RP'ing, but i know a lot about the format of good RPs as i was once a moderator of a gaming/rp forums.
Rhino- Oh wow, that brings back memories. Havent seen that list in YEARS... Were you ever on RP/FF, and what was your name?

Namine- What that means is all in the way you format your questions and responses.. This comes easily with practice, and once an RP starts up you will see how easy it is.
yes, shadow of destiny. From way back when. gamefaqs guys are a bunch of turds though.
heh, i really wish i had more time not devoted to school, now that this section is up >.<
thank you Oka-san and Rhino, i got the biggest laugh out of those rules - rules are great and all, but to me, when you have too much to worry about, then the RP stops really being fun and becomes more like an assignment

if i had more time (which i dont) i would try to start something up, but maybe someone else can keep this section warm until this winter /swt...
Huh. Sounds slightly familiar. How far back?
Does the Dojang ring a bell?
SeanTheHatGuy.
I invaded you once. I held my own til the officers started getting involved.

yes, I solod half the dojang.
Ha. Well done, then. I never dueled as much as I did judging for them.
