Yes that's right, Okama's opening up his storage to clear out some of the cards he can't really properly use due to His standards of Upgrading, or he has no particular use for it.

[Pupa Card- Armor Card- Maximum HP+ 700]
[Skeleton Worker Card-Weapon Card- Increases damage done on medium sized monsters by 15%, Atk]-Highest bid- ?7 m zeel-
