Hi.

I'm a job lvl 57 Whitesmith with refine weapon lvl 10.

I'm willing to upgrade your weapons at the same price as the npc:

weapon lvl 1: 1 phracon + 50z per upgrade
weapon lvl 2: 1 emveretarcon + 200z per upgrade
weapon lvl 3: 1 oridecon + 5000z per upgrade
weapon lvl 4: 1 oridecon + 20000z per upgrade

The difference? I have better chances than the npc.
