Well I know assassins aren't always the fastest levelers, but I would like to know what is the fastest sin leveling build from 90-99, also I am thinking about stopping at 99 and doing a few alde woes, so what is best assassins woe build?

go crits! kill sleepers or ice dun with a fire/lightning endow.

best sin woe build at 99 would probably be vit, str, dex for killing or crits for emp breaking.
