for some reason i signed on my champ tonight and she was gone....i had one other irl friend who knew my sign in and we got into a fight so i asked the gm to change my password, but im thinking it was to late and he deleted her. if there is no way to recover my champ...i will leave hero and quit.,i worked so hard on her. please tell me there is a way u can help and recover her?
The pass change is a joke... I told a friend to ask for a change and he did, that was month agos (yes he gave all the needed info) and kept sending back pms to remind gms every week or so, to this date his pw was never changed. Too late now, just a couple days ago some person logged it and stole everything

I can't believe someone would do something like that. That's like..months upon months of work just..GONE..maybe even a year, depending on how you spent your time. I don't believe there is really anything a GM
can do at this point...it has already been done.
I really hate to hear that something like this has happened to you, since you seemed like a nice person to me from when I talked with you, but..I can understand why you would want to quit after something like that. I would do the same, probably.
If you do decide to actually leave, I hope you will leave with heRO being a good memory and not just focus on this tragedy when you go. Don't worry, whoever the culprit was will get what's coming to them one day, for doing something like this. This is just ridiculous.

Yeah, chaging password just do not work, I dont know how many times friend of mine asked, and that was just never done.
