I've already registered an account but still I can't log in.
Why is that?

I've registered on the HeroPatcher and also I tried the other method where you will put _F or _M after the log in name on the log in menu of the game.

I do believe the the user name and password is case sensitive, but I' not sure on that.

Forum account and game account is different.

If you used the _M or _F method to register, just take the _M or _F out when you relog.

And yes the password is case sensitive.

Login name and password are case sensitive as other mentioned. Maybe there's a problem with your RO files preventing you to connect. I was able to log in the first account you pmed me about, so maybe post a screenshot of your RO files and we'll help you sort it out.
