I really don't care if its purely aesthetic, 99 has got to go!

Why stop there! I hate 100, i say 101!

To hell with it, lets go 121!

my old server was a 3/3/3 and max lvl was 150/70........no one ever reached the max

That is way too high of a max for a low rate server

In all seriousness though, how about changing the max to 100 but make it more then just aesthetic, a few more points here and there wont hurt
