It is perfectly legal to change your skin. BUT TO HAVE 10 skins AT ONE TIME.

I like the official one myself, but sure it's perfectly fine to change it, there is an option to do it in game so it's there to use! (open the option window then see the skin dropdown menu, usually you'll have just default and scribbling, unless you added more in your RO/Skin folder. ^_^
