I'm itch, and I have played RO for years now..this server looks like a lot of fun and seems to be balanced so I thought I would play some here.

and yes, it is probably the most balanced server there is... everyone here has to work their assess out if they want to get anywhere (or be god darn lucky)...
anyhoo, all the customs info are in the forums and wiki, be sure to check em out. They are nowhere near godly and hardly imbalanced, but they do affect the game a bit, so it might be a good idea to get acquainted with them...
