Forging. Hmm. I'd love to help you, but my schedule for the next two weeks leaves me busy, sorry. =\
For faster leveling I'd recommend an agi build to attack faster, then resetting at level 39 to your appropriate build. But thats just my advice, best to take it from someone who actually leveled a merch.
