I like the first drawing oh so very much, and the tegaki drawings you did too on the DA page.??*normally doesn't take time for DA pages to load anymore but really did enjoy the first picture enough to make for patience to do so*

EDIT: Oh sorry, I forgot to ask, are you in a printmaking class? If not, I really highly recommend you take one someday, I think you're style would be great there.

thank you! the tegaki ones on my deviantart are all old bums I need to update but I mostly do sketchy work on tegaki now and da is kinda for my finished wark wark wark.
umm no I'm in college for a basic arts program - then I'm going into animation. I'm not rrrrrrrly interested in prints but people hav said that before!

Well printmaking is awesome for the fact what you make can be sold since its so easy to make multiple copies (as long as it isn't monotyping). Silk screening might be up your alley if you ever consider it (and I really think you should).

Also an art major here graduating next fall, so good luck with it! I am concentrated in painting and secondary printmaking. :D

well it might be in my curriculum so I might end up doing it if I want or not

and yeah second picture is someone's gaia avater - a girl asked me to draw that for her

I don't see any problem with any of your artwork. Sometimes an artist would see his/her art as ugly but the real reason might be because they think they can do better now. I myself experience this but rather think of it I just draw it nowadays. This is only in my view so it depends mostly on you.
