She looks too much like the current one to me.
By the way, the game does not recognize .png files, it needs to be a .bmp.

i can easily make the bmp file but there will be a white space behind her! Because bmp file dosn't support transparent pixels, how can all the pictures in the game are .bmp? (sry for my english, i'm sure it's really bad)

The game makes the color "Hot Pink" appears transparent.
The color "Hot Pink" is:
Red : 255
Green : 0
Blue : 255
Your picture should end like this :

PS : Don't blame me for the pink sports that apprears on her, it was in your original image.

no prob i knew it's not your fault
..so if i fix those pixels with the right colour it would be ok?it should be like this! it's a png file because of imageshack but i have the same in bmp XD

In Final Fantasy Tactics, characters don't have noses. At all. Nothing wrong with that either.
