Its not really that powerful actually.
The Kafra Dolls give +2 to a stat and are slotted, and do extra effects. This is just +3 to a stat and has 5 defence. XD
If you rather me say something else there are hatters and whatnot with similar effects too. Whisper hat gives +3 agi, Apple o' Archer gives +3 Dex, do I need to go on? Its really not that overpowered and you're going to be getting this hat more for its looks than anything. :D

All 5 dolls will have the same stats, plus as Aaron has mentioned, there are
several headgears that are just a powerful or more, as this option.
The winner will receive 5 dolls to do with as they please. They may it for themselves or share them with his/her friends.

Too bad the hats don't do anything cool.
I'd want a Drooping Ayantis... or a Drooping Aaronock.

Wait, if I win the Drooping Hat thing, does it have to be one of MY characters? Or can I be sadistic and sell someone else's image?
S>Drooping Tripp, imo.

LOL!
Did he start playing RO again or something?
If not that makes this drooping hat business even more hilarious if you had it made of him.
