the bridge of the nose is there, i think thats good enough.
also, the eyes are fine, i dont see how they are too big.
arent anime eyes supposed to be that big, i find it fits the style.

It looks like you either heavily referenced the healer we currently have or simply traced it with a few changes. Nice try at it.
