Card Effect - Enables faster movement speed as long as the footgear to which this card is compounded is equiped. Slotte on footgear.

No seriously, I found it doing DB room with some friends. I almost crapped my pants when I saw it. I was desperate for zeny so sold it quick. Forgot to snap a screen of it

I sold it on Main in less than 30min. Actually for cheaper than 80m. I needed the zeny. I'm actually suprised I was able to sell it given that there are much better cards and equip out there. Peco headband adds the same effect. But the guy I sold to must of wanted it that bad.
