One thing i keep thinking about while play RO is how there are SOOOOO many maps and so much open space out there. that well....i honestly hate it. am thinking what can be done to make this something positive. well heres the basic idea. somewhere in each ?empty? map. add some kinda lil event. NPC some kinda speical quest to that map only. like take a map with nothing but monsters. not towns npcs nothing BORING.
add something anything. todo in each map. each giving a diffrent item. that would make exsploring alot more fun. and alot less meaningless

Well, we had the Easter event to encourage players to visit every map, not many people did however

I've tried to think of using those maps before but I still have some technical difficulty so I need to iron out those fine details =P

There are times when I'm bored and I take my LK, for a nature hike, and walk my way from comodo to umbala all the way to veins. the first time I tried it, I was just exploring, but it might make for a good event to bring a little life to those maps

I went all around Mt. Mjolnir to get eggs, I really know my way around that area now XD
Fun quest, got a little tedious towards the end, but it was a cool idea.

well the real "flaw" with the easter quest panda was that the bunneh's "respawned" after a small amount of time, making it easy to just wait for them to reappear when you wanted to get another egg. it wasn't that hard to get to 100 by doing that alone, though most people were too lazy to do that anyway lol. i got to about 30ish without even attempting to collect eggs. just happened to be doing other things and would see the bunneh and go click. a slight variation on something like this would be to have a certain amount of bunnehs needing to be "captured" before old ones would respawn. or maybe just make all of them needing to be captured before they'd reappear.
