Card removal for wings?

I couldn't find any info on this..

What if there was a NPC that would remove cards from ToH/Zodiacs, so it would be uncarded again. It would also destroy the card. So you wouldn't be stuck with like.. 4th or 5th generation wings with a crappy card you put in them when they were smaller. Would it be too unbalanced? I apologize if there was a subject on this already.

Last time I checked GMs would remove a card from ToH wings (you lose the card, AFAIK). Not sure if this is the exact way it works - but I know it's been done in the past.

Now you can remove a card from ToH wings, but it costs you a full-time voucher. It can be done with that new wings changing NPC /no1

You can decard toh wings at the npc where you normally exchange toh vouchers. It doesn't cost anything, but you have to get on the toh map, which usually means entering toh. Zodiac wings are not decardable, but you can just do the quest on another character and get another pair if you want another card in zodiac wings.
