i cant figure out how to actually get the hero server.............

The Control Panel is down. You might wanna check this link to connect to the server by making an account: http://pandoraonline.net/forum/showthread.php?tid=2096 or if it`s to download the client, check this link: http://hero-server.net and click on the downloads on the side of the site
