Blacksmiths with low STR can still carry about 4000+8000 around. It would diminish only the proportion of which they dominate other classes, even STR classes. Instead of having 3-4x more max weight, they'd have 2~2.5x more.

Assassin/Rogue with 90 base STR -> 5100 max weight

Blacksmith with 90 base STR without Enlarge Weight -> 5700 max weight
with Enlarge weight 10 -> 7700 max weight + 8000 weight cart

Hunter with 1 base STR -> 2730 max weight

Priest with 1 base STR -> 2630 max weight

Super Novice with 1 base STR -> 2030 max weight
with Enlarge weight 10 -> 4030 max weight + 8000 weight cart (possibly)

Knight/Crusader without Peco with 90 base STR -> 5500 max weight
with Peco -> 6500 max weight

GC Crusader with 50 base STR on Peco -> 5300 max weight

Super Novice caster build can still carry 12000.
Low strength Crusader can still carry a lot.

It would make Priest and Hunter and similar no-STR classes able to carry minimal things (much like Assassin/Rogue, who do not even need consumable save for potions, no blue gems, no holy waters).
