A 190 aspd sniper doesn't use SP. And deals more dmg than her shitty falconeer.
No, you don't need cecil cards.
There is no +10 agi headgear. You can reach 190 aspd with ulles, puppy hat or any other agi headgear. Not custom.
And the gear isn't like OMFG SO GOOD I WON'T MENTION IT, it's more like that not everyone wants to know everybody what gears he uses. I wouldn't post my High Priest gear and build in forums. I doubt that ANYONE would do that.
The gear I will use to reach 190 aspd as sniper is pretty basic. Well, you will need to spend more like 2 mil. But Morrigane's set is ~20 mil too. And for 20 mil I am pretty sure to be able to gather the needed equips for 190 aspd.
Whatever min-maxing might be.
And you can't calculate the falcon as attackspeed, it doesn't work like that.
And yeah, your build isn't the best.
And if you want to party as sniper, you MIGHT have a professor with you who can support your DS spam. As 190 aspd sniper you STILL can DS pretty good with VERY high damage.
And most high priests don't get gloria. Apart from that Gloria has an ugly delay which COULD fk the party up in higher level dungeons.
