Opening a few castles/Encouraging WoE?

NE wasn't as well geared as you guys think, wtfux did that come from I'll not know!??We're not woeing now anyway, ummmmmmmmmmm....
Make it so guilds can only hold one castle if you continue to have woe's where we have multiple castles open.??

Open 4 castles. One castle per guild....I could see that working out. 3 Trans castles. One non-Trans. Saying Behe, Rev, & Bamboo get three of them....the 4th one could be interesting.
