what im trying to acomplish is a system where everyone that participates has and will follow the rules no excuses without consequences. honestly i opened this thread for a friend who doesen't use grammer well due to ethnic differences and i was simply conveying his message that i also believe in i understand that you all disagree and i'll close this thread as it has become a whining thread instead of a suggestion.
