ALL Turtles had it on for me. As in, my first two hits would ALWAYS (100%) miss unless I use FA (which wasn't OHKO unfortunately). But even though I used FA, I had to strike it (normal attack / DS) 3 times to start doing damage. It's like some sort of Kyrie Eleison but not quite.

But I don't think that's an "unbalance" of any sort. It adds to the challenge that ToH is supposed to be Icon_smile
