Latest patch broke RO

[munglay]

I don't know what the latest patch did, but my HeRO client updated. I'm not sure if this is intended or not but now my client is unplayable. The cursor lags and when I try to login, and typing the 1st character of my password results in it being repeated 20 times. Any advice?
