New Palette Choices - (Currently have 4 Choices)

In game, there is only the wedding dress/tuxedo, and the Santa Bag that can guive custum sprite that any class can use, but when using them the player connot use skills

If people can use custum sprite there will be no way no see who is playing what class. I guess thats why there is the no skill-use-restriction, being able to see who is what class during a war of emperium is pretty usefull -_-'

But ading an item like the santa bag that can temporary guives a custum sprite (but no skill can be used), why not? I want Detale sprite T__T
