yes.

why not make a quest for the strong?

whoever wants to do it will have to work as hard as us and get it themselves. the opportunity is available for everyone.

also
imo, the new wings should be a decent alternative to the angel set. or else its just for looks like some other wings out there. the only good armor is angel set anyway atm.

replacing armor kills the angel set so it should have some awesome effects with it.

removing Angelic armor loses:
4 def (refinable, easy to make +7 which means 10 def)
20 mdef
+900 hp
+100 sp
+auto cast assumptio by low chance

novice wing is:
10 def
10 mdef

just for looks? putting on the wing instantly loses 900hp, 100sp, 10mdef, and auto assump. keep in mind novices end up with like 4-5k hp at level 99 and around 300-400 sp if your int is 99. the loss is devastating. just a suggestion.
