Honey chicken sandwiches ? Umm i suggest making steamed rice and eat the chicken with that, i never tried it with bread i suppose.

and you dont slice it too thin, its more like about 1 cm thick. and i forgot to add cut them into small 1 cm thick slices, proly more about half the size of your logo Lucky and about 1 cm thick. you can make them like popcorn chicken size if you want but dont cut them too thin or you lose the soft chicken meat texture.

that coffee is such a work of art, i couldn't bear to drink it....
i'd just look at it for like an hour, ask for the check, take it home and freeze it in my fridge for viewing. The bread seems scrumptious.
