Voilà! In view, a humble vaudevillian veteran, cast vicariously as both victim and villain by the vicissitudes of Fate. This visage, no mere veneer of vanity, is a vestige of the vox populi, now vacant, vanished. However, this valorous visitation of a by-gone vexation, stands vivified and has vowed to vanquish these venal and virulent vermin van-guarding vice and vouchsafing the violently vicious and voracious violation of volition.

RE: Can GM also jail characters when asked?

It's been done before, but really it requires your own participation too. GMs can give to push and jail your main character, but if you really can't resist the temptation, you would've made a new character too and bypass everything. Or, you go off to play another game instead anyway.

So best of all, it's still in your hands to have self control over yourself regarding how you handle this game or any games.

File a support ticket with the account name and dates and we can put a temp ban on your account that expires the day after your thesis.

Or, use self control. If you're in a master's program you should be able to devote time and effort in appropriate ways to accomplish goals. Good luck with life.

Anywayz I now know its possible to get jailed on request. I wont use that option now but when I see things are going to be difficult I can use it too stray away from distractions.

RE: Can GM also jail characters when asked?

Actually it's not - I'm also in a master's program full time AND I work 45 hours per week. Self control is important.

Quoted for truth:
