Question for Oct Donation Bonus

Saw the beginning of them birthday specials, but I have two questions about it.

1. For boost donation, do we get to select 2 monsters for 2 months, or do we select 1 monster but the boost becomes 4 months long?

2. Will the special price discount for Pandaring Backpack at $5 from 2016 return as the bonus, or do we end up with $10 for 2 Pandaring Backpack according to the announcement's wording?

1. If you donate 10$ on any other month, you can select one monster to boost. During October 2017, you can donate 5$ to boost one mob, or 10$ to boost two.

2. Donating 5$ during this year's birthday month would get you 1 backpack. That's basically the same as the bonus from 2016.

Basically, the amount you donate is doubled. 5 -> 10, 20 -> 40, and so on.

Yes this is the part I did not understand. The post suggests that you get double the mileage, but seems like for some items, it's actually 50% off instead?

Whatever amount you donate is doubled, always. One boosted monster is still 10$, but since your amount is doubled you just need to donate 5.

The first time we made this boost we intended it to be that the person gets double the rewards for the same amount, aka for $25 you get 1 value pack normally and now you would get 2 value packs. However, some people took it as meaning 50% off get 1 value pack for $12.50 and we decided to accept both.

So it's either double or half off, up to the person who donates!
