I exercise four times a week at my school's gym and I rollerblade/run a few times a week. I also generally try to at least do a deck of cards (red = sit-ups black = push-ups 2=2, 3=3...Ace=15) at least twice a week when I don't make it to the gym as much.

Exercise? Whats that? I walk from my chair to my car if thats what you mean. That's about it. I suppose I will start running...when I feel like it. Also another note, be sure that you all take breaks and stretch your wrists as CTS is very ugly. To stretch ones wrists merely straighten your arm, and grab the tips of your fingers and pull back (not too hard) CTS is not known well, and there isn't much to treat it, so prevent it.
